THE BIG MAN TAKEOVER

For 7 years, I have help over seventy football players receive scholarships D1 and major universities. Majority of my players have been Dlineman and Olineman. Some of the players include DL Isaac Rochelle Notre Dame, DL Andrew Williams Auburn, DL Darian Small Appalachian State, OL Chandler Tuitt Ole Miss, OL Chandler Reeves Clemson, DL Dalvin Tomlinson Alabama, DL Shawanye Lawrence GA State and much more. I am a former NFL DLINEMAN with the Philadelphia Eagles and New York Giants and I played at Baylor University.

Date/Time: April 3, 2016 @ 10am to 2pm EST

My reasons for wanting to host a Big Man Camp and why we are better and different than other camp:

1. This camp is strictly for lineman and not other skill positions. Majority of camps focus on the skill positions and 7 on 7.
2. We will have other current and former NFL players teaching OL//DL techniques to give the athletes the edge on the competition. Kelvin Garmon former OLine for the Dallas Cowboys, Willie Whitehead former DLINEMAN for the NO Saints. Of course, my Brother 4x Pro bowler Derrick Johnson LB for KC Chiefs, and sack master Justin Houston DE and 3x Pro bowler for the KC Chiefs.
3. Each player will be evaluated on their technique, hands, agility , stance, flexibility, and power. They will receive a personal grade.
4. Rivals, scout, 247, espn, foxsports, bleacher report will be in attendance.
5. We will teach pass rush/protection and run block/ fits for the lineman. A lot camps only do pass rush/protection for lineman.

Total Athlete and Dwight Johnson

Total Athlete is the vision of former NFL Defensive End Dwight Johnson. Over the course of his career playing for the Philadelphia Eagles, New York Giants and Super Bowl Champion New England Patriots, Johnson has developed personal and professional techniques in speed, agility, strength, and conditioning. Now, as owner and CEO of Total Athlete, Johnson is helping youth and adult athletes from across the country improve their performance through the use of his proven techniques and the aid of some of America's top athletic trainers. "We train everyone from the six years old all the way to professional ranks," said Johnson. "And we do it in all aspects of making them the Total Athlete."
Our training program has been proven to work for youth 6 to 18 years old and active adults. The basis of our program is to build speed and quickness through intense, repetitive and explosive movements. It takes 1,000 reps to develop muscle memory and muscle memory is developed by teaching the correct running mechanics, circuit training, polymeric, and resistance training. At Total Athlete, every athlete will have the opportunity to reach his or her full potential. We believe that with hard work, discipline, dedication, you can achieve success in sports and being healthy.
